DSWD extends SAC form Relief Agad registration until June 19

    MANILA, Philippines – Good news! The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has extended the registration of Social Amelioration Card (SAC) form through Relief Agad app until Friday, June 19.

    Recently, the agency gave 5-day final period for SAC form registration and announced via the National Telecommunications Commission's (NTC) cell broadcast facility.

    Some of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) beneficiaries and leftout families were not able to register immediately due to access to technology issue and other concerns.

    As reported, around 13.5 million beneficiaries are expected to receive the second tranche of cash aid under DSWD Emergency Subsidy Program (ESP).

    This includes the 8.5 million low income families in ECQ areas and 5 million waitlisted families.

    The 11 areas under ECQ in May (Executive Order No. 112, S. of 2020):
    • Region III except Aurora Province
    • National Capital Region (NCR)
    • Region CALABARZON
    • Benguet
    • Pangasinan
    • Iloilo
    • Cebu Province
    • Bacolod City
    • Davao City
    • Albay Province
    • Zamboanga City

    Register through ReliefAgad app

    The Department encouraged SAP beneficiaries to register to the ReliefAgad web application to expedite the process of gathering beneficiaries’ information for validation and in order to avail of a safer and more convenient cashless disbursement.

    1. SAP beneficiaries may register to the app by visiting www.reliefagad.ph.

    2. Using a smartphone, beneficiaries will scan the barcode at the lower right-hand corner of the Social Amelioration Card (SAC) form to proceed with the registration.

    Note: If there's an issue on scanning the barcode, you may proceed with manual entry of SAC. Provide the following information: region, province, city/municipality and SAC Number.

    3. Fill-in personal information and details of family members.

    4. Nominate remittance of payout: Cash, PayMaya, GCash, bank account or Other means.

    5. Confirm accuracy of provided information. Then input the One Time PIN (OTP).

    6. Submit online form.

    7. After completing the enrollment, the beneficiary will wait for DSWD’s confirmation and announcement for payout as it will conduct validations to the submitted registrations.
