Emerson B. Pascua, a self-confessed gay man, shared photos of him and his girlfriend Sherish Tanglao.

"You made me the man I am today" yan ang lagi kong sinasabi sayo kapag pinasasalamatan kita sa araw araw na binibigay sakin ng dyos na kasama ka. ikaw ang nagbigay sakin ng rason para tanggapin ang dalawang mundong ginagalawan ko, yung mundo na kung saan babae ako, at yung mundo na lalake ako para sayo,” Pascua said.

Pascua, who still joins beauty pageants, sees a bright future with Tanglao and intends to build a family with her.

“Di ako papayag na di tayo magkasama sa future!!! dami na nating plano oh!!! napagupitan mo nga ako ng wala sa oras!!! kahit na okay lang naman sayo na mahaba at mas healthy pa buhok ko kesa sa buhok mo. di ako naniniwala sa magic o sa sparks nayan! dahil di ko naman naramdaman yan sayo! epal ka kase! pero nakita ko future ko na kasama ka.... gagawa pa tayong basketball team kahit gusto ko ako yung manganak para di ka na mahirapan hehehe opportunity!!” he added.

In the comments sections, Pascua revealed that he had known Tangalo since sixth grade. They became a couple for 8 months and 16 days but eventually parted ways. After the breakup, Pascua admitted his true gender identity which Tangalo accepted.

“Since grade six magkakilala na kami, hahaha tas naging mag on kami ng 8 months and 16 days hahaha kakaloka tas nag break tas inamin ko na beki ako ganon tas ayun na!!! naging mag bff kami hehehh tas ayun na sunod sjnod na hahaha,” Pascua wrote.

This unique couple’s relationship may not be ideal but they were able to prove that love wins.
