Meanwhile, here is the copy of weather outlook, forecast as released by PAGASA today at 5p.m. (valid for September 23-29, 2013):

Today, the #Habagat (Southwest Monsoon) will bring cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and the provinces of Pangasinan and La Union which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. This weather system will likewise bring scattered light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over the rest of Luzon and Western Visayas while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

By Tuesday to Thursday (September 24-26), the Southwest Monsoon will continue to bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides over the western sections of Central and Southern Luzon and Western Visayas while light to moderate rains will be expected over Western Visayas. The rest of Luzon and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area ((LPA)) is expected to develop over the West Philippine Sea inside the Philippine Area of Responsiblity ((PAR)) by Wednesday ((September 25)).

Thereafter (September 27-29 ), The LPA together with the Southwest Monsoon will continue to bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Southern Luzon and Western Visayas while Central Luzon and the rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains. The Northern Luzon and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. However, the aforementioned Low Pressure Area ((LPA)) is also expected to weakened.
