Netizens react on 'shortened version' of #AlDub McDo commercial

The #AlDub loveteam from the hit Eat Bulaga's Kalyeserye stars in McDonald's Philippines commercial for its new offering.

Netizens were delighted on the 30-second commercial but appealed for the full version of the video. Some also noticed Alden's solo and Maine's solo TVC being aired on ABS-CBN.

Gossip website Fashion Pulis FashionPulis believed that #AlDubKoTo TVC is shorter on ABS-CBN because of the budget allocation of the brand. "Shorter is less expensive."

The #AlDubKoTo commercial garnered more than 1.4 million views on McDonald's Facebook page and emerged as the top trending topic on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Alden and Maine nearly 'kiss' on the second and 15-second version of the ad has begun to gain steam shortly after being posted on Instagram.

Meanwhile, a behind the scenes clip of Alden also surfaced online.

What's next for #AlDub?

As Pinoys get hooked to Eat Bulaga's hottest loveteam today, fans have request for the Kapuso network to include #AlDub for the upcoming 2015 Christmas Station ID.

Reports circulate saying Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza have been tapped as additional member of Romcom-Min Mo Ako, Ai-Ai delas Alas and Vic Sotto’s Metro Manila Film festival (MMFF) 2015 entry. The plan is a well-kept secret that even Ai-Ai is neither denying nor confirming it.
