MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, October 21, 2026, the complete results of the October 2026 Pharmacists Board Exam, including the lists of top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC conducted the Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE) on October 15 and 16, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations
In the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE), the University of San Agustin was the only school to qualify as a top-performing institution in the category of schools with 100 or more examinees. It recorded an 82.43% passing rate, with 122 out of 148 examinees passing.
For the November 2025 PhLE, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the same category with an outstanding 98.99% passing rate, as 197 out of 199 examinees passed. Saint Louis University ranked second with a 98.05% passing rate, with 301 out of 307 examinees passing.
Meanwhile, Mariano Marcos State University–Batac led the top-performing schools in the April 2025 PhLE, posting a 91.38% passing rate (53 out of 58). Southwestern University (SWU) followed in second place with an 86.67% passing rate, as 52 out of 60 examinees passed.
In the October 2024 PhLE, the University of the Philippines–Manila and Adamson University shared the top spot, with both schools achieving a perfect 100% passing rate. The University of the Philippines–Manila produced 58 passers, while Adamson University had 53.
