A-G Passers: October 2026 Pharmacy Board Exam Results

MANILA, Philippines – The October 2026 Pharmacy Licensure Examination (PhLE) results, including the alphabetical list of passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.

PRC administered the Pharmacy board exam on October 15 and 16, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, three (3) working days after the exams.

The release of the PhLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the April 2026 PhLE results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Schedule of Registration

The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Pharmacists and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

• screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
• valid government-issued ID

PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-taking

The PRC announces the schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony a few days after exam results are released.

Those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register online at https://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN the day before the ceremony. Inductees must print the Oath Form with a QR code to be marked as "attended."

If unable to attend in person, passers may join an online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

For the online oathtaking, register via PRC Online Services under “e-OATH.” Registration closes five (5) days before the virtual ceremony. The Oath Form must be printed and submitted online.

After the oathtaking, inductees should secure an appointment online to complete their Initial Registration.
