MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces on Friday, June 26, the complete results of the June 2026 Architect Licensure Exam (ALE), including the list of the top performing schools and over-all performance of educational institutions.
The PRC and the Board of Architecture (BoA) conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on June 8 and 10, 2026.
The LEA in Davao City was rescheduled to June 22 and 24, 2026 due to safety concerns arising from the recent earthquake that affected the Mindanao region.
The Board of Architecture who gave the licensure exam is headed by its Chairman, Arch. Robert M. Mirafuente with two other members, Arch. Lynnda Marie B. Laraya and Arch. Miguel C. Guerrero III.

Performance of schools in the June 2026 Architect Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m):
Previous Examinations
In the most recent Architect Licensure Examination (ALE) held in January 2026, Bicol University–Legazpi emerged as the top-performing school with an impressive 98.63% passing rate, as 72 of its 73 examinees successfully passed. The University of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with a 97.33% passing rate, producing 73 passers out of 75 examinees.
Earlier, in the June 2025 ALE, Mapúa University–Manila secured the top spot among schools after posting a 98.41% passing rate, with 62 of 63 examinees passing the licensure examination. UST followed closely with a 94.17% passing rate, as 97 out of 103 aspiring architects earned their licenses.
Meanwhile, in the January 2025 ALE, UST was the sole top-performing school, achieving an 88.10% passing rate after 74 of its 84 examinees passed the board exam.
In the June 2024 ALE, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)–Sta. Mesa led all schools with a 93.33% passing rate, producing 56 passers out of 60 examinees. UST placed second with an 88.82% passing rate, as 143 of its 161 examinees successfully hurdled the examination.
