MANILA, Philippines – The results of the May 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Criminologists, together with the official list of passers and performance of schools, are released on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
As announced, 1 out of 2 (50%) passed the SPLE for Criminologists.
The members of the Board of Criminology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ramil G. Gabao, Chairman; Hon. Lani T. Palmones and Hon. Warren M. Corpuz, Members.
The examination was held in Taipei on May 29, 30, and 31, 2026 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

The performance of schools in the May 2026 Criminologists Licensure Exam (SPLE) in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
Initial Registration
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The Criminology board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Release of Results
According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date of SPLE results, the results of the May 2026 SPLE for Criminologists are scheduled to be released on June 17, 2026.
We advise takers to regularly monitor result announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
