MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the May 2026 Chemical Engineers (ChemEng) board exam, including the top performing schools and performance of schools, on or before May 26, 2026, two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the computer-based Chemical Engineers Licensure Exam (ChELE) on May 20, 21, and 22, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, the University of the Philippines–Diliman, De La Salle University–Manila, and Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology emerged as the top-performing schools after each posting a perfect 100% passing rate. The institutions produced 110, 27, and 11 passers, respectively. Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines–Los Baños ranked second with a 98.18% passing rate, with 54 out of 55 examinees successfully passing the exam.
Meanwhile, in the May 2025 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, the University of the Philippines–Los Baños, De La Salle University–Manila, and the University of the Philippines–Visayas, Iloilo City also achieved a 100% passing rate, producing 32, 23, and 23 passers, respectively. The University of the Philippines–Diliman followed closely with a 95.83% passing rate after 23 of its 24 examinees passed the board exam.
For the November 2024 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, the University of the Philippines–Diliman, De La Salle University–Manila, and the University of the Philippines–Visayas, Iloilo City once again shared the highest ranking with a perfect 100% passing rate. The schools recorded 56, 28, and 21 passers, respectively. The University of the Philippines–Los Baños secured second place with a 96.55% passing rate, as 56 out of 58 examinees successfully passed the examination.
