MANILA, Philippines – The May 2026 Environmental Planner Licensure Exam (EPLE) results, including the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before June 1, 2026, two (2) working days after the exams.
PRC administered the Computer-Based Environmental Planners Licensure Examination (EPLE) on May 27 and 28, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the May 2026 Environmental Planner Licensure Exam (EPLE) results will be released on Monday, June 1, 2026, two (2) working days after the exams.
The release of the EPLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the August 2025 EPLE results were released immediately after the exams.

Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Visit the official website of PRC (https://online.prc.gov.ph/) and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
The successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Verification of Rating
All examinees of the May 2026 Environmental Planners Licensure Exam (EPLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Coverage of Exam
The two day exam covered the following major subjects: environmental planning processes, techniques and strategies; history, concepts, theories and principles of environmental planning, environmental plan implementation, legal aspects and administration.
According to the Board Law, environmental planners are those concerned with the management and development of land, as well as the preservation, conservation, and rehabilitation of the human environment.
Previous Examinations
In the August 2025 Environmental Planners Computer-Based Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results immediately after the exams. A total of 404 out of 436 examinees successfully passed. Irel Fortugaleza Manansala of the University of the Philippines Open University topped the board with a rating of 87.80%.
For the August 2024 EPLE, the PRC announced the results after just two (2) working days. Out of 348 examinees, 258 successfully passed the examination. Marco Antonino Amoranto Javier of the University of the Philippines Diliman led the passers with a rating of 84.30%.
Meanwhile, in the July 2023 EPLE, the PRC released the results after three (3) working days. A total of 115 out of 166 examinees passed the licensure examination. Janine Montalban Tabares of the University of the Philippines Visayas - Iloilo City ranked first with a rating of 82.45%.
