MANILA, Philippines – The April 2026 Midwife Licensure Exam (MidLE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released on April 20, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
The PRC administered the first Midwifery board exam this year on April 14 and 15, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE), Princesa Dumale Talamayan of Palawan State University–Puerto Princesa topped the board with a 94.00% rating, followed by Yamille Ashra Pandog Ambalgan of St. Alexius College with 93.30%.
For the April 2025 MLE, Rona Marie Villaflor Ramos of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus ranked first with 92.60%. Gabriel Antonio Berces of Ago Medical and Educational Center–Bicol Christian College of Medicine and Niecel Marie Escobido Dotimas of the Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines Foundation School of Midwifery tied for second place, both earning 92.55%.
In the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, Bernard Isaac Badar Alido of the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences–Leyte secured the top spot with 92.60%, while Dol Rich Jay Mangin of Gordon College followed with 92.05%.
Meanwhile, the April 2024 MLE was led by Judah Paulo Espero of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College–Nabua with 91.70%. Samantha May Aglit Torcuan of the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences–Leyte placed second with 91.60%.
