MTLE RESULTS MARCH 2026 – The March 2026 Medical Technologist (MedTech) Licensure Examination results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the MedTech board exam on March 5 and 6, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

NOTE: Those who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70% can register as Medical Laboratory Technician, PRC said.
Release of MTLE Results
According to Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the March 2026 MedTech Licensure Examination results will be released on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, within three (3) working days.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. Previous MTLE results were released in just two (2) working days. We advise takers to monitor starting March 10.
Schedule of Initial Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath-taking
The PRC announces oathtaking schedules shortly after releasing exam results.
- Face-to-face oathtaking: Register online by 12:00 NN the day before, print the QR-coded Oath Form, and submit it during the ceremony.
- Alternative options: Attend online oathtaking (register at least 5 days before) or request a special oathtaking; announcements are posted once confirmed.
- Online oathtaking: Select “e-OATH” on PRC’s website and print the Oath of Professional form.
- After oathtaking, proceed with Initial Registration by booking an appointment online.
Verification of Rating
All examinees of the March 2026 MedTech Licensure Exam (MTLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Coverage of Examinations
The MedTech board exam covered the following subjects: clinical chemistry, microbiology and parasitology, and clinical microscopy (March 5); hematology, blood banking and serology, hispathologic techniques, cytotechnology, medical technology laws, related laws and its implementing rules, and the code of ethics (March 6).
Previous Examinations
The most recent Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE) held in August 2025 saw PRC releasing results in five (5) working days. A total of 3,360 out of 4,720 successfully passed the exams. Myles Chaesel Sunit Ejara from University of the Immaculate Conception–Davao topped the board with 93.10%.
During the MTLE conducted in March 2025, PRC released results in four (4) working days. A total of 6,147 out of 7,659 successfully passed the exams. Jherry Andrei Dellica Arbotante from Velez College topped the board with 92.30%.
The August 2024 MTLE results were announced by PRC in four (4) working days. Out of 5,574 examinees, 3,872 passed the exams. Riana Beatriz Tungol Siron from University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the board with 92.30%.
PRC released the results of the March 2024 MTLE in just two (2) working days. A total of 7,309 out of 9,068 successfully passed the exams. Jeency Agujar Pilapil from Cebu Doctors University topped the board with 93.00%.

About the MedTech Profession
A medical technologist is a healthcare professional involved with laboratory investigations of specimens taken from the human body.
Examinations or tests on biological specimens such as, but not limited to blood, urine, stool and other body fluids, are performed for the purpose of aiding physicians evaluate, diagnose, manage, treat and monitor patients.
The cost of education for the 4-year Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, also known as medical laboratory science, ranges from Php 30,000 to 50,000 per semester in private schools and universities or 40-50% lower in public educational institution.
