MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the February 2026 Computer-based Licensure Exam for Respiratory Therapists (LERT) is available on this page as released on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, immediately after the exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Respiratory Therapy administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Pagadian, Pampanga, and Tuguegarao on February 9 and 10, 2026.

Previous Examinations
In the February 2025 Respiratory Therapists Licensure Examination, Erma Mae Yongco Sanchez of Cebu Doctors University (CDU) led the passers with a 94.00% rating. Alyssa Jules Mendez Batausa (CDU) and Zach Cedrick Nicol Bumanglag of Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus placed second with identical scores of 93.00%.
During the February 2024 exams, Adrian Justin Gallo Marasigan of Perpetual Help College of Manila topped the board with 91.75%, followed by Jhunry Sajonia Gauiran of Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus with 91.50%.
Meanwhile, the February 2023 licensure exams saw five examinees share the top spot with 90.75%: Prince Joshua Guzman Carag (Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus), Elaine Fleur Usman Fino (Emilio Aguinaldo College–Dasmariñas), Shaira Lynneth Ludovice (University of Perpetual Help System–Laguna), Hiyasmin Cortez Ramos (CSU–Andrews Campus), and Michel Josef Maglantay Ramos (University of Batangas). Apple Valerie Angeles Ang (Far Eastern University–Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation) and Ralph Kenneth Nastor Ramos (CSU–Andrews Campus) ranked second with 90.
