MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has announced higher minimum jackpot and consolation prizes across all major lottery games beginning February 1, 2026, giving players bigger rewards and stronger winning potential in every draw.
In a statement, the agency said lottery enthusiasts nationwide can expect “significantly higher minimum jackpot prizes across all major games, ensuring that every ticket holds even more life-changing potential from the very first draw.”
Higher Starting Jackpots
Under the updated prize structure, the new minimum jackpots are:
- Lotto 6/42 – ₱10 million (from ₱6 million)
- Mega Lotto 6/45 – ₱15 million (from ₱9 million)
- Super Lotto 6/49 – ₱25 million (from ₱16 million)
- Grand Lotto 6/55 – ₱45 million (from ₱30 million)
- Ultra Lotto 6/58 – ₱75 million (from ₱50 million)

PCSO clarified that the progressive jackpot system remains unchanged. If no bettor wins, the jackpot continues to grow until a player matches all six winning numbers.
PCSO General Manager Mel Robles said the higher starting amounts are part of the agency’s effort to make each draw more exciting and rewarding for players nationwide.
“These higher starting jackpots reflect our commitment to keeping the games exciting while ensuring the long-term sustainability of our charitable initiatives,” Robles said.
Bigger Consolation Prizes
Aside from jackpots, PCSO also upgraded its consolation prize matrix.
“Simula February 1, 2026, hindi na lang jackpot ang milyon—pati consolation prizes, pinalaki na rin,” PCSO said.
Players who match 5 or 4 winning numbers will now receive larger shared prizes. For example, in Lotto 6/42, the consolation prize for four winning numbers will be at least ₱1 million, to be divided equally among all winners.

New Ticket Price
The ticket price has been adjusted from ₱20 to ₱25 per standard play.
PCSO said the modest increase offers a better risk-to-reward balance for players while helping generate more funds for its health, medical, and social welfare programs.
