Clearance Procedure
The Supreme Court (SC) emphasized that completion of the clearance procedure is a prerequisite for Bar passers to take the Lawyer’s Oath and sign the Roll of Attorneys.
Accordingly, all 2025 Successful Bar Examinees (SBEs) who are tagged in BARISTA as compliant with the application requirements are required to complete the clearance procedure through BARISTA during the one-week clearance period, from January 8, 2026 (Thursday) at 8:00 A.M. to January 15, 2026 (Thursday) at 3:00 P.M.
SBEs are strongly advised to complete the clearance procedure at the earliest possible time. Requests for extensions will not be entertained.
Failure to complete the clearance procedure within the prescribed period will render the SBE ineligible to participate in the Oath Taking and Roll Signing Ceremonies scheduled on February 6, 2026 (Friday) at the Philippine Arena, Bocaue, Bulacan.
