In the video, Sherra was seen recounting the places she passed through while pointing to a map. The voice of the responding police officer can also be heard reassuring her.

This was also the emotional reaction of Darwin De Juan, the missing bride-to-be’s brother, after his sister was found. According to Darwin, Sherra’s safe recovery was a great relief for their family.

It was learned that Darwin and Sherra’s fiancé Mark Arjay Reyes were able to speak with her after she called her cellphone at around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29. During the call, Sherra reportedly informed them of her condition and whereabouts, which enabled authorities to act swiftly in locating her.

“Sabi niya sa akin, ‘Kuya, sorry, sorry.’ Sabi ko, ‘Huwag ka nang mag-sorry, ang importante, kukunin ka namin,’” Darwin told ABS-CBN News.

Darwin added that a motorcycle rider was the first to notice Sherra wandering around and appearing disoriented. The rider assisted her and coordinated with the authorities until the situation was fully addressed.

Police authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Sherra’s disappearance to determine its cause and to ensure her safety and well-being.

Sherra was reported missing after leaving her home in North Fairview, Quezon City to buy wedding shoes.

According to information stated on the posters that were distributed, she was last seen at a Petron station in North Fairview on December 10, 2025. Their wedding was originally scheduled to take place on December 14.
