MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces today, December 2, the top performing schools and performance of schools in the December 2025 Occupational Therapist board exam.
PRC conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pampanga, and Rosales on December 2, 2025.
The agency will also administer the Physical Therapists licensure exam (PTLE) on December 6 and 7, 2025.

Here's the performance of schools in the December 2025 Occupational Therapist licensure exam in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":
Previous Examinations
During the June 2025 Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination (OTLE), no school qualified for the top-performing school list.
The December 2024 OTLE saw the University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila leading the schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 19 of its examinees successfully passed. Close behind, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) ranked second with a 98.28% passing rate, with 57 out of 58 examinees passing.
UP-Manila also stood out in the June 2024 OTLE as the sole top-performing school, achieving a 100% passing rate with all five of its takers passing the exam.
During the December 2023 Physical Therapist Licensure Exam (PTLE) and OTLE, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) topped the PTLE with a 98.23% passing rate, as 111 out of 113 examinees passed. For the OTLE, UP-Manila led the schools with a 95.45% passing rate, with 21 out of 22 examinees successfully passing the exam.
