MANILA, Philippines – The November and December 2025 Dentist Licensure Examination (DLE) results for the Written and Practical Phase are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, December 12, 2025, four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The official DLE Results include the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10) and performance of schools.
As announced, 1,282 out of 1,474 (86.97%) passed the November and December 2025 DLE.
PRC administered the Dentist board exam Written Phase in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao on November 24, 25, and 26, 2025 while the Practical Phase was conducted on December 1–6, 2025 in Manila.

Release of Results
Update December 12, 2025 as of 2:00 PM: PRC has confirmed that DLE results will be released today.
To quote, PRC stated: "Future DMDs, the November 2025 Licensure Examination for Dentists results will be released within the day! Our future Doctors of Dental Medicine, you got this!"
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the November and December 2025 Dentists Licensure Exam (DLE) results will be released on December 15, 2025 (Monday).
Note that results maybe released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration Details
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: Starting February 16, 2026
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Oathtaking new Dentists
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Verification of Rating
All examinees of the November and December 2025 Dentists Licensure Exam (DLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Coverage of Examinations
The written phase of dentist board exam covered the following: general and oral anatomy and physiology, general and oral pathology, general and oral microscopic anatomy and microbiology, restorative dentistry and public health and community dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, roentgenology, oral diagnosis and oral surgery, anesthesiology and pharmacology, pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, dental jurisprudence, ethics and practice management, periodontics and endodontics.
Dentist board practical exam covered the following: restorative dentistry examination, fixed partial denture examination, removable partial denture design exam and complete denture with live patient.
Previous Examinations
In the May and June 2025 Dentist Licensure Exams (DLE), the PRC released the results within three (3) working days, with 764 out of 969 examinees successfully passed the exams.
For the November and December 2024 Dentist Licensure Exams, the results were published after four (4) working days. Out of 1,287 examinees, 873 passed.
In the June 2024 Dentist Licensure Exam, the PRC announced the results six (6) working days after the final examination day, with 673 passers out of 1,207 candidates.
Meanwhile, in the November 2023 Dentist Licensure Exam, the PRC released the results in four (4) working days, recording 732 passers out of 1,668 examinees.
