MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) confirmed on Monday that the results of October 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) will be released anytime today, November 3, 2025.
As announced, 3,460 out of 10,171 (34.02%) passed the October 2025 CPALE.
The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
In a Facebook post, PRC said "Future CPAs, stay tuned and get ready as the results of the October 2025 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants will be posted in few hours!"
The examination was conducted last October 24, 25 and 26, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

The next steps for new CPAs are registration and oathtaking. Registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration is done online via online.prc.gov.ph. The schedule of the oathtaking ceremony is usually announced on the official PRC website (prc.gov.ph) or through their official Facebook page.
Meanwhile, verification of ratings will be available a few days after the release of results. Examinees may check their ratings through PRC’s “Verification of Rating” service.
The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination is considered one of the most challenging board exams in the Philippines, with a passing rate typically ranging from 15% to 40%. Aspiring accountants are tested over three days on subjects including taxation, management services, auditing, and accounting.
