FPLE RESULTS 2025 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the October 2025 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Exam (FPLE) results today, October 15, 2025. This is in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024, detailing the target release dates of board exam results.
The Fisheries Professionals board exam results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
As announced, 1,507 out of 2,165 (69.61%) passed the October 2025 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Exam (FPLE).
Update as of October 15, 11:00 AM: PRC has confirmed that the results of the Fisheries Professional Licensure Examination (FPLE) will be released today.
In a Facebook post, PRC announced: “Future Fisheries Professionals, are you ready to see your name on the list? ... In just a few hours, the results will be posted!”
The FPLE was administered on October 9 and 10, 2025 simultaneous in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.
Note: Note: The first subject of the exam in Baguio was rescheduled to October 11, 2025, following the magnitude 4.8 earthquake that occurred on October 9.
The members of the Board of Fisheries who gave the licensure examination are Westly R. Rosario, Chairman; Catalino R. Dela Cruz, Carlos C. Baylon, Gerald F. Quinitio and Joebert D. Toledo, Members.

Schedule of Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Fisheries Professionals and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.
Date of Registration: Starting November 24, 2025
Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
PRC usually releases the schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony a few days after the exam results. Those joining the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register at https://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the event and present a printed Oath Form with QR code during the ceremony.
Examinees who cannot attend in person may opt for the online oathtaking or request a special ceremony. For online participants, registration closes five (5) calendar days before the virtual event, and the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form must be printed from the PRC Online Services portal.
After taking their oath, inductees are required to proceed with Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
