FLE RESULTS 2025 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the October 2025 Forester Licensure Exam (FLE) results today, October 21, 2025. This is in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024, detailing the target release dates of board exam results.
The Forester board exam results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
As announced, 1,471 out of 2,054 (71.62%) passed the October 2025 Forester Licensure Exam (FLE).
The examination was administered on October 16 and 17, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.
The members of the Board for Foresters who gave the licensure examination are Neria A. Andin, Chairman; Jose A. Lorenzo and Gerardo T. Cabreros, Members.

Schedule of Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Professional Foresters and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
PRC usually releases the schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony a few days after the exam results. Those joining the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register at https://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the event and present a printed Oath Form with QR code during the ceremony.
Examinees who cannot attend in person may opt for the online oathtaking or request a special ceremony. For online participants, registration closes five (5) calendar days before the virtual event, and the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form must be printed from the PRC Online Services portal.
After taking their oath, inductees are required to proceed with Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
