MANILA, Philippines – The October 2025 Forester Licensure Examination (FLE) results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing school and performance of schools, are expected to be released online on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, two (2) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Professional Forester licensure exam on October 16 and 17, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.
The members of the Board for Foresters who gave the licensure examination are Neria A. Andin, Chairman; Jose A. Lorenzo and Gerardo T. Cabreros, Members.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the October 2025 Professional Foresters board exam results will be released on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, two (2) working days after the series of exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.
Verification of Rating
Forester board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day examination covered the following major subjects: forest ecosystem and forest policy and governance (Day 1), forest engineering and utilization and forest resources management (Day 2).
Previous Examinations
In the October 2024 Foresters Licensure Examination (FLE), the PRC released the results after three (3) working days, with 928 out of 1,574 examinees successfully passing the exam.
During the October 2023 Foresters Licensure Examination, PRC also released the results within three (3) working days. A total of 1,076 out of 1,947 examinees passed.
In the October 2022 Forester board exams, PRC announced the results in just two (2) working days, with 1,116 out of 2,034 examinees passing.
Meanwhile, in the October 2021 Forester board exams, the results were released after four (4) working days, with 443 out of 761 examinees successfully passing.
