MANILA, Philippines – Two bettors won the jackpot prize of Php 51 million on Sunday's Ultra Lotto draw, October 19, 2025.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the lucky winners will split the Php 50,952,075.80 jackpot prize of the Ultra Lotto 6/58. The bettors guessed the winning combination 16-09-25-17-10-15.
The winning combination was 05-17-18-02-45-57, with the jackpot amounting to exactly ₱49,500,000.00.

All jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO main office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
Winner/s must write their name and signature on the back of the winning ticket and present two government-issued identification cards or documents.
They have one year from the date of the draw to claim the prize, as specified in Republic Act 1169, the law on PCSO lotteries.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
The selling agent will get a prize commission of 1 percent of the jackpot prize without exceeding PHP1 million.
Meanwhile, 46 others won Php 120,000 each for guessing five out of the six winning digits; 1,692 will get Php 2,000 each for four correct digits; and 22,309 will settle for Php 100 each for three correct digits.
The Ultra Lotto was last won on September 14, 2025 by a bettor who bought his/her winning ticket from a lotto outlet at SM City Sorsogon, Maharlika Highway Balogo, Sorsogon.
The 6/58 Ultra Lotto is drawn every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday.
The biggest jackpot in PCSO history remains the ₱1.18-billion Ultra Lotto prize, shared by two lucky winners in October 2018.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles encouraged the public to continue supporting PCSO games, stressing that revenues fund various health and charitable programs.
One flagship initiative is the Medical Access Program (MAP), which provides financial aid for hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines. The program is sustained by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
