MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release on Monday, September 8, the results of September 2025 Librarian Computer-based licensure exam (LLE/CBLE), given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.
PRC and the Board for Librarians, composed of Hon. Yolanda C. Granda, Chairman and Hon. Lourdes T. David, Member, administered the Librarian board exam on September 4 and 5, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the September 2024 Librarian Licensure Exam, West Visayas State University–La Paz secured the top spot among schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 14 examinees passed. Philippine Normal University (PNU)–Manila followed closely with 96.55%.
For the September 2023 exams, the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman once again dominated, achieving a flawless 100% passing rate with all 21 examinees succeeding. PNU–Manila ranked second with 96.88%, as 31 out of 32 takers passed.
In the September 2022 examinations, UP–Diliman maintained its strong performance with a 100% passing rate from 12 examinees. Saint Paul University–Surigao came next with 83.33%, as 5 out of 6 examinees passed.
During the September 2021 exam, four institutions shared the spotlight as top-performing schools—UP–Diliman, Saint Paul University–Surigao, Adventist University of the Philippines, and University of Mindanao–Davao City—each recording a 100% passing rate.
Looking back at the September 2019 exam, UP–Diliman continued its dominance with 100%, as all 36 examinees passed. Benguet State University (BSU)–La Trinidad ranked second with 91.18%, after 28 out of 31 examinees successfully made it through.

LLE Updates
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of Librarian board exam results is on Monday, September 8, 2025, one (1) working day after the exam.
With the computer-based mode of the licensure exams, it is expected that results will be released immediately after the test.
