No. PCSO lotto tickets are available only through authorized lotto outlets nationwide.
How do I claim my prize?
Winners must present the original winning ticket and two valid IDs. Prizes ₱10,000 and below can be claimed at authorized outlets or PCSO branches. Bigger prizes must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong.
Can I still win if I matched only 3, 4, or 5 numbers?
Yes. Even if you don’t match all 6 numbers, you can still win a consolation prize. The prize amount depends on the lotto game and how many numbers you matched.

As of August 2025, the PCSO has not released any update on the return of E-Lotto. The agency suspended its operations in July 2024, with a promise to launch a new and improved platform.
On January 12, 2025, the PCSO announced that all major lotto draws will offer bigger jackpot prizes while keeping the same ticket price.
Earlier, on December 31, 2024, the PCSO Lottery Draw show officially transferred to IBC-13, D8TV, and DWAN 1206 AM for radio listeners, ending its 29-year run on state-owned PTV-4.
