MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases today, July 11, 2025 the complete results of the June 2025 Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE).
As announced, 844 out of 6,225 (13.56%) successfully passed the exams.
CSC confirmed the list of passers/eligibles for the June 1, 2025 BCLTE through Examination Advisory No. 11, s. 2025 on Thursday, July 10.
A total of 6,225 examinees took the BCLTE on Sunday, June 1, 2025 across 16 testing centers nationwide.

The CSC said that passing the BCLTE grants the Local Treasurer Eligibility, a second level eligibility specific to Local Treasurer, Assistant Local Treasurer, and certain Financial Services positions. It is not equivalent to the Career Service Professional or Subprofessional Eligibility.

Individual Examination Result/Rating Through OCSERGS
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by July 20, 2025. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.
The examinee should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, a n d place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format.

Important Notice from CSC
Test results, including the exact values of the ratings, released by the CSC are FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. The CSC does not implement re-checking of test results in all types of civil service examinations nor does it apply any mathematical rounding of decimal value on test results/ratings.
