ALS A&E Exam Results 2024-2025 Elementary Level

MANILA, Philippines – The complete results, including list of passers of the 2024-2025 Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E) exam for Elementary Level, are released online on Friday, June 6, 2025, or within (4) months after the exam.

Update June 6, 2025: DepEd officially released the 2024 Accreditation and Equivalency Test results, enclosed in DepEd Memorandum No. 046 series 2025.

ALS A&E Exam Results 2024-2025 Elementary Level

As announced, 112,379 passed the 2024 Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test, including conditional passers with learning enhancement for Elementary and Junior High School.

To determine the passers and non-passers, DepEd has set a passing score of 60.00% for the overall test score in both Elementary and Junior High School levels.

Examinees who meet the required minimum score may enroll for Grade 7 or ALS Junior High School or Grade 11 or ALS Senior High School depending on the level of test taken.

On the other hand, examinees with an overall test score of 50.00% to 59.99% are considered conditional passers and are required to undergo a two-week learning enhancement to be initiated by the concerned Community Learning Center, District, or Schools Division Office (SDO).

All test takers may claim their Certificates of Rating (CORs) from the SDO of the testing center where they took the test.

The ALS A&E Test is a paper and pencil test designed to measure the competencies of those who have neither attended nor finished elementary or secondary education in the formal school system.

The examination was administered on January 26, 2025 (Luzon cluster) and February 2, 2025 (Visayas and Mindanao clusters).

Accepted applicants were those at least 12 years old for the A&E Test elementary level and at least 16 years old for the A&E Test Junior High School on or before the examination day.

LIST OF COMPETENCIES FOR TWO-WEEK LEARNING ENHANCEMENT

The Bureau of Alternative Education (BAE) shall orient the ALS implementers on the two-week learning enhancement and shall conduct monitoring of its implementation.

For the two-week learning enhancement, the competencies identified as least mastered by the conditional passers are provided for reference.

Passing Score

In 2018, passing score for the ALS A&E test was lowered to 60% instead of the previously set 75% passing score. This was confirmed through DepEd Memorandum No. 076, s. 2018.

When is the release of the A&E exam result?

According to DepEd Memorandum No. 063 series 2024, the January and February 2025 A&E Test results will be released in two to three (2-3) months after the exam. Hopefuls may expect release of results sometime in April or May 2025.

Where to check the A&E results?

Based on previous exams, the complete results or list of qualifiers for the Elementary and Secondary levels of the A&E Test are typically released on the DepEd website.

About ALS Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E)

The ALS Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Assessment and Certification is a process that comprises an exam and other appropriate assessments to measure the competencies acquired by ALS learners based on the ALS K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC).

Completers of ALS who are passers of the A&E Test are given certificates bearing the Department of Education (DepEd) seal, the ALS logo, the Schools Division Office’s logo, dry seal and designated signatories, and the school or Community Learning Center's name.

Update May 22, 2025: The Education Assessment Division of BEA told The Summit Express that they "will give an update once the result is available."

Update May 7, 2025: The Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) said ALS A&E results are not yet available.

In our e-mail inquiry about the target release of results, BEA said "we will release a Memo once the A&E results is available, and send it to your respective SDOs [Schools Division Offices]."

  1. Sa bawat pagsubok ng buhay, isa sa pinakamahalagang aral na maaari nating matutunan ay ang matutong maghintay—nang may pasensya, kababaang-loob, at pag-unawa.

    Alam naming sabik na tayong malaman ang resulta ng pagsusulit. Ngunit huwag po tayong panghinaan ng loob o mawalan ng tiwala. Ang pagsusulit ay isinagawa sa buong bansa, kaya’t natural lamang po na may kaunting antala sa paglabas ng resulta.

    Sa halip na magbigay ng negatibong komento, ipakita natin na tayo ay tunay na mga produktong may pagpapahalaga sa magandang asal.
    Nakapag-aral tayo sa ilalim ng Alternative Learning System, at kasama sa ating natutunan ang respeto, disiplina, at pagkakaroon ng mabuting puso.

    Ang pagkatao natin ay masusukat hindi lang sa dami ng ating alam, kundi sa ganda ng ating ugali lalo na sa panahon ng paghihintay.

    Magtiwala tayo sa proseso. Ang tagumpay ay hindi minamadali. Tulad ng punlang itinanim, darating din ang araw na ito'y mamumunga—sa tamang oras, sa tamang paraan.
