MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will announce on October 16 the results of August 11, 2024 civil service exam pen and paper test (CSE-PPT). View here the details of availability of the Online Career Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) to verify and generate ratings.
CSC is set to release the full list of passers from 329,318 combined examinees of professional and sub-professional levels.
OCSERGS can be accessed through the CSC website or through this link (https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/).
Examinees, both passed and failed, may get their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website on later date after the release of results or as indicated in the corresponding CSC issuance/advisory.

In the OCSERGS portal, provide applicant's personal information and details of examination.
Successful data submission will produce a copy of the examinees' rating, on screen, which can be viewed and/or printed for reference.
How to fill-out OCSERGS Portal
1. LAST NAME
This field is spelling and space-sensitive. Double-check the spelling and make sure there are no extra/unnecessary spaces.
2. FIRST NAME
This field is spelling and space-sensitive. Double-check the spelling and make sure there are no extra/unnecessary spaces.
3. EXTENSION NAME
Indicate your extension name (if any). Leave this blank if you have no extension name. Remember that all fields are information-sensitive.
4. MIDDLE INITIAL
Do not indicate your middle name. DO NOT put a period (.) after your middle initial/s.
5. DATE OF BIRTH
Format MM/DD/YYYY. This field requires two-digit numbers for 'month' and 'date'. For single-digit numbers, add a zero (0) before the number. As this field is format-sensitive, all incorrect format is invalid.
6. DATE OF EXAMINATION
From the dropdown menu, select the date of examination.
7. TYPE OF EXAMINATION
From the dropdown menu, select the specific type of examination you have taken.
8. CSC OFFICE
From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate Regional Office that has jurisdiction over the testing center where you took the examination.
9. CHECK BOX
Tick the box as confirmation that you accept the CSC Privacy Policy.
10. SUBMIT
Double-check everything before clicking the 'submit' button. And prepare your heart for what you might see.
NOTE: In case that "Examinee Data Cannot Be Found in the Database" error prompts, verify if all the information indicated are correct. When correct information is already provided but the examinee data still cannot be generated, please reach out to the CSC Regional or Field office where you filed the exam application.
Visit the CSC website (www.csc.gov.ph) and click ‘Contact Us’, then choose the Region where you took the examination and get in touch with the CSC Regional Office.
Certification of Eligibility
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead on specified date. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
"PASSERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICE. Check out CSC ROs/FOs Directory here," CSC emphasized.
Passers must personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned. Representatives are not allowed to claim on behalf of the passers.
In claiming the Certification, passers must present any of the accepted I.D. cards for civil service exam.
Note: In case of passers who have moved to or based in another region, or in remote areas within the region, they may personally claim their letterhead CoE at the CSC Regional or Field Office (serving as conduit CSC RO/FO) nearest their present place of residence or work.
Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on security paper at cost).
The special paper printed CoE and its authenticated copy/ies may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC ROs nationwide, regardless of the place of examination. For further details/any concerns, including securing a schedule/appointment in applying for the Certification of Eligibility as applicable, please contact/communicate directly with the CSC Regional Office.
