MANILA, Philippines – P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Japan's Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC) officially launched a new housing project in Cabuyao City, Laguna following the successful township projects in Dasmariñas, Cabuyao, Bulacan, and Lipa.
The new project called Idesia Cabuyao East aims to redefine homeownership in Cabuyao, Laguna, offering 1,073 homes with premium amenities.
"At P.A. Properties, we're committed to reshaping residential living and creating environments that resonate with our residents," said Atty. Marianne Lina-Cruz, President of P.A. Properties.

Notably, two stations, Cabuyao Station (4KM away) and Banlic Staiton (5KM away) will be nearby the Idesia Cabuyao East, further enhancing its appeal as a prime residential destination.
Keiji Okamoto, HHPC Manager, Overseas Housing Division and PAHH Director, emphasized, "Our focus is on constructing new projects that are accessible to current and future transport hubs. We are committed to creating value through thoughtful building practices that cater to the needs of our residents."
The groundbreaking ceremony marks the continuation of progress in Cabuyao City, reflecting a shared commitment to elevate living standards. P.A. Properties and HHPC eagerly anticipate welcoming future homeowners to Idesia Cabuyao East. "We are proud to contribute to Cabuyao City's growth and development.
