MANILA, Philippines – The alphabetical list of passers of the March 2024 Civil Service Exam - Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) in Region 9 (Zamboanga Peninsula) is available on this page as released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) via csc.gov.ph on May 9, 2024 or sixty-seven (67) days after the exam.
The CSC through Examination Advisory No. 06, s. 2024 confirmed on May 3 that results, list of passers for the March 2024 CSE-PPT for Professional and SubProfessional levels shall be posted on the CSC website this May 9.
CSC announces the successful examinees for sub-professional level exam: Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga Sibugay.

VERIFICATION OF RATING
Examinees, both passed and failed, may get their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website not later than May 19, 2024 (Sunday).
EXAM COVERAGE
The Professional level exam covered vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, organization of ideas, analysis, word analogy, data interpretation, logic and abstract reasoning and numerical reasoning.
The Sub-professional exam includes vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, organization of ideas, analysis, clerical ability, spelling and numerical reasoning.
Both levels of exam covered General Information items: Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), peace and human rights issues and concepts and environmental management and protection.
EXAMINATION OVERVIEW
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
CSC announced that subprof passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for the first level position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements of the positions (education, experience, and training).
The commission added that passers should coordinate and verify with the CSCRO concerned for the availability of their Certification of Eligibility (CoE) and the requirements in claiming it.
Passers must personally claim their CoE. Representatives are not allowed to claim the same. Claiming of CoE shall be available approximately 30 days after the posting of the List of Passers.
