Small Town Lottery (STL) is PCSO's mass-based local lottery in provinces or in highly urbanized or independent component cities. Aside from Visayas and Mindanao, STL areas of operation also includes Northern and Central Luzon Region (NCL), Southern Tagalog and Bicol Region (STBR) and National Capital Region (NCR).
For Cebu localized draw, it covers Lapu-Lapu City (Lucky 7) and Mandaue City (Piona Trading and Supply Corporation), Cebu Province (King Dragon) and Cebu City (LTS Advance, Inc.) STL Swer3 every 10:30AM, 3PM and 7PM.
Meanwhile, Davao del Sur in Mindanao covers STL Pares, Swer2, Swer3, and Swer4 every 8:00 pm daily.
PCSO is also holding daily draws for digit games EZ2 (2D), Swertres (3D), 4D and 6D jackpot-bearing games such as Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Mega Lotto 6/45 and Lotto 6/42.

How to check STL result for Luzon and NCR?
The localized STL draws in select areas of Luzon and Metro Manila are under authorized agent corporations (AACs).

Developments of STL in Visayas and Mindanao
PCSO is conducting localized draws covering Region 7 in Visayas. The departmentalized draw in Mindanao was stopped on October 1, 2023 following the implementation of the use of national games draw results for STL.
To address concerns and recurring issues in the STL operations specifically in Visayas and Mindanao, the PCSO thru Board Resolution No. 0100 series of 2023, approved the use of national games draw results in the STL operations. Subsequently, a memorandum from the Office of the President (OP) was released on June 26, 2023.
With these changes, all STL Authorized Agent Corporations (STL-AAC) in VISMIN region are encouraged to abide to the new guidelines.
Meanwhile, local PCSO officials in Visayas limit the departmentalized draws and their operations starting evening draws on September 28. Only the Swer3 remains active, excluding other STL products such as Pares and Swer2.
Majority of STL operators are now using the national draw results of 3D, 4D and 6D. The updated list of STL AACs in Visayas and Mindanao authorized to use the national draw results for their STL operations is being announced by PCSO in the 9PM daily draws.

- Select your combination from numbers 1 to 40.
- Select play amount.
- Pay the total amount.
- Local STL operators are using single-chambered machine. After the first number is drawn, the machine is restarted to draw the second number.
- Wait for the announcement of result on designated time schedule.
- To win a prize, player must match the numbers in exact order.
STL Swer2
- Select your combination from numbers 0 to 9.
- Select play amount.
- Pay the total amount.
- Local STL operators are using single-chambered machine. After the first number is drawn, the machine is restarted to draw the second number.

- To win a prize, player must match the numbers in exact order.
STL Swer3
- Select your combination from numbers 0 to 9.
- Select play amount.

- Applicable for Mindanao departmentalized draw only.

While the PCSO already already launched their online platform E-Lotto, transactions related to STL were not yet included. Buying of tickets for STL is done conventionally via local operators.
