Germany hiring 750 Filipino nurses; salary at over P165,000 per month

MANILA, Philippines – The Federal Republic of Germany is looking for 750 Filipino nurses to work in their country through their Triple Win Program.

The Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) has listed job posting #210007 dated July 12 to announce the hiring of registered nurses for Germany. To fill up the country's growing need for healthcare workers, Germany has opened again its Triple Win Program to hire Filipino nurses.


Just like the previous Triple Win Programs, the hiring will be through government to government arrangement. Hired registered nurses will be placed in different healthcare facilities and units such as the following:
  • Intensive Care Unit
  • Geriatric Care/Nursing Home/Elderly Care*
  • General Ward
  • Medical and Surgery Ward
  • Operating Room
  • Neurology, Orthopedics and related fields
  • Psychiatry

*Please note that nursing homes in Germany are inpatient facilities, where geriatric nurses deal with older people in need for help with different health conditions (unlike being a Private Duty Nurse).

To qualify for the positions, applicants should be:
  • Filipino citizen and permanent resident of the Philippines
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Active Philippine Nursing License
  • At least one (1) year related professional experience (bedside) in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and/or care institutions.
  • Applicants must have German language proficiency or willing to undergo German language training in the Philippines to attain Level B1 (to be paid by the employer)
  • MUST be able to attend the language class in November 2021-January 2022;
  • or with B1 or B2 Language Proficiency Level in accordance with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

Nurses who will be hired can expect great benefits and compensation from their employers. Aside from their monthly wages, bonus packages and medical benefits await those who will be hired.

Benefits:
  • Salary: Successful candidates shall have a starting monthly salary of € 2,300 / P 135,700 (gross/exchange rate 1 Euro x 59 PHP) which will be increased to € 2,800/ P165,200 (gross/ exchange rate 1 Euro x 59 PHP) after recognition as a qualified nurse.
  • Translation of recognition documents and certification will be paid by the employer including the medical checks.
  • Bonus payment: for passing the A2 and B1 of € 250 (each level on its PESO equivalent) in first take.
  • Travel Expenses: The employer will shoulder the visa and airfare of the hired nurse from the Philippines to Germany.
  • Board and Lodging: The employer will assist the employee in finding a suitable accommodation. Depending on the arrangement, the nurse will have to pay the expenses in full or in part of the board and lodging.

Documentary Requirements:

He/she must personally appear during their respective schedule of appointment at the counters of Manpower Registry Division, Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople Bldg. (formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City to submit the following required documents:
  • Cover letter and curriculum vitae with colored passport size picture
  • Nursing Diploma (notarized copy)
  • Board Certificate and copy of license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
  • Certificates of employment in related field (previous and current) (notarized copy)
  • Attendance and/or level certificate for German language, if available Copy of valid passport
