    'Okay lang ako!': Efren ‘Bata’ Reyes alive and well

    MANILA, Philippines – Filipino professional pool player Efren 'Bata' Reyes dismissed the fake news about his death saying 'Okay lang ako!' (I'm fine).

    Reyes is all smile while watching an NBA game on Saturday based on a video clip shared on Facebook by his daughter Chelo.

    "Sa mga nagsshare at nakakabasa ng mga lumalabas na balitang patay na si tatay, huwag po kayo maniwala, FAKE NEWS lang po yan...," Chelo wrote.

    In another video, Reyes was seen playing billiards.

    "Ito po ako, buhay na buhay!," he said.

    The 66-year-old world champion known as the “Magician” is currently with his family in Angeles City, Pampanga.

    A winner of over 70 international titles, Reyes was the first player to win world championships in two different pool disciplines.
