Ateneo releases ACET Results for AY 2020-2021

MANILA, Philippines – The Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) releases results of college entrance test (ACET) administered in 2019 on Friday, January 24, 2020.

This was confirmed by Ateneo's Office of Admissions and Aid in a series of Facebook posts. "When the clock strikes three...we'll give you more, 1.24 at 3:00 PM."

Ateneo conducted the examinations on September 21 and 22 for SY 2020-2021.

In order to search the college application results database, enter your last name, complete first name and middle name in the appropriate fields.

The names used in database follow the spelling of your names as they were written or encoded in your application forms. If you have a suffix (i.e. Jr., II, III) on your first name or your last name, encode it as such. If your first name has "Maria" or "Ma.", try different variations of your name (ex. Maria or Ma.).

If your name has the character ñ, enter the character by pressing ALT and 164 on your number pad.

NOTE: Individual decision letters will be emailed to all applicants within February. Please inform the Office of Admission and Aid if you do not receive a letter by the end of February.

NOTE: Those who missed the 2019 ACET were given a chance as the school administered entrance exam on Saturday, January 18. As advised, results of the second batch of ACET will be released in February 2020.

On January 11, Ateneo announced the list of Merit and Director's Scholarship recipients.

The "very best applicants" are awarded the Ateneo Merit Scholarship based on their performance in the ACET, and their individual rank and leadership roles in their respective senior high schools. Recipients can select any four or five-year course of their choice. They are awarded a full tuition and fees grant and a P50,000 annual allowance. In addition, those from outside Metro Manila will receive an additional on-campus dormitory scholarship.

Meanwhile, those who are part of the Director's List are the "select few that clearly stand out". These are students who have done very well in the ACET and have distinguished themselves academically as well as in co-curricular activities in their respective senior high schools. The awardee shall enjoy an annual P100,000 scholarship grant for any undergraduate course of his or her choice.

ACET is the admission test to the undergraduate program of the Loyola Schools of the Ateneo de Manila University. The admission application process takes almost a year, with applications starting in July.
