Civil Engineer board exam Top 2 studies using only a small table with his pet dog

MANILA, Philippines – The November 2019 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam top 2 studied in a humble, small table during his review.

For CE topnotcher Jeremy Recinto Rifareal, no fancy study room or quiet and spacious library is needed for him to succeed.

In a Facebook post, Jeremy’s aunt Emma Rifareal proudly shows off his nephew's humble study area. In the photo, Jeremy can be seen sitting down next to a table so small it looks like it was meant for a child. Next to him was a wall full of pinned notes and reviewers.
