President Rodrigo Duterte delivers his third State of the Nation Address (SONA).

President Duterte's SONA sticked to the theme ‘Change is Coming,’ as it was instrumental to his successful campaign during the 2016 elections.

The SONA proper started at exactly 5:22 in the afternoon and concluded at 6:09 pm or longer by few minutes in the originally declared 35-minute speech, due to some off-the-cuff remarks of the president.
