TOP 10 LIST: March 2018 LET Secondary Teachers board exam results

MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or the top 10 passers for March 2018 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) also known as Teachers board examination for Secondary Level is officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) on Wednesday, May 23 or in forty (40) working days after the exam.

Those awaiting the results for Secondary Level can check here the name of successful examinees who got the highest grades for March 2018 LET board exam. The list includes the rank, school and average rating.

Kier Araula Baugbog from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela topped the secondary level exam with 92.40%. It was followed by Arvin Sune Marasigan, a University of the Philippines (UP) - Manila alum, with 92.20%.

More than 70,000 aspiring secondary teachers took the licensure exam in 20 different testing centers nationwide: Manila, Bacolod, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Catarman, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Kidapawan, Legazpi, Lucena, Occidental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Romblon, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In March 2017 LET, there were 22 topnotchers in the Elementary level exam. University of Mindanao (UM) - Davao City alum Marian Kaye Fortinez Gallego aced the board with 92.80%. It was followed by Acejan Lascuna Jadie from De La Salle University - Dasmarinas having 92.60%.

In March 2016 exams, 27 examinees filled-in the list of highest placers. Michael Prince Notorio del Rosario from Lorma College got the top spot, 92.00%. Methylene Jezza Dano Berida of Leyte Normal University came in second place with 91.20%.

RELEASE OF RESULTS

According to PRC Resolution No. 2017-1068, the target release date of March 2018 LET results is on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 or in 37 working days after the exam. The computed number of days excludes Saturdays and Sundays and 5 holidays.

Review center owner Dr. Carl Balita on May 14 said that results will be released the following week.

On May 17, Balita hinted that results are set for release in 5 more days.

May 19, 2018 Update: Balita shared "When the sum of the day equals with the month, God will LET DREAM and the DREAMER be ONE." This can be equated to May 23 (2+3=5, 5 is the 5th month of the calendar).
