MANILA, Philippines – Photos of a girl who allegedly committed suicide at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City on Valentine's Day (February 14) went viral on Sunday night.
Netizen Tabs @GioseppeTabs on Twitter shared a short video clip showing the lifeless body of a lesbian girl, Madonna Guanzon, 48 near the Building B elevator wearing green t-shirt and khaki shorts.
Reports said that Guanzon was walking aimless at the mall's fifth level while talking to someone on her mobile phone past 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. After turning off her phone, Guanzon climbed the railing and jumped.
Netizens on the microblogging site expressed their sympathy and prayers for the girl. Some even asked not to spread false rumours about the cause of her death until the case has been investigated.
In a report from Philstar, Guanzon was declared dead on arrival at the Medical City hospital, where mall guards had taken her.
On Monday, SM's senior vice president Steven Tan has released statement and said they will cooperate full for the probe of the incident.

As per initial investigation, Guanzon was jealous and were not on speaking terms as her partner is entertaining a new suitor.

This was the last text message from Guanzon sent to her partner, identified only as Chonna, a hotel supervisor.
Senior Police Officer 2 Albert Fontanilla said Chonna last saw her partner alive at their home in Taytay, Rizal at around 9 a.m. Sunday.
There are reports that she screamed, “Walang forever (There is no forever)!” as she jumped to her death.
