MANILA, Philippines - Team Apl's artists have clashed in the much-awaited "The Voice Philippines" The Battles Round on Saturday, December 6, 2014. It was a battle of vocals between Bradley Holmes vs. Jason Fernandez as they performed Meat Loaf hit 'I Would Do Anything for Love.'
Coach Lea, Sarah and Bamboo chose Jason for his consistency in the Battles round.
Coach Apl declared Bradley Holmes as the winner in the vocal clash. He will advance to the next round of the competition – the Knockout rounds.
However, Coach Lea and Sarah have attempted to steal the former Rivermaya frontman Jason from Team Apl. Jason picked Team Sarah and he will continue his journey in the competition.

In the new season, the eliminated artists may get a second chance if another coach decides to steal them. If two or more coaches want to steal a losing artist, it’s up to the artist to choose the team he or she wants to join. A coach may only steal two artists throughout the battle rounds.

Coach Apl had selected the groups of artists who will compete and the songs they will perform in the Battles.
At the end of the Battles, each coach will have nine artists who will advance to the Knockout rounds, two of which are stolen artists from the other teams.
The program will also serve up five tough bouts this Sunday (Dec 7) with Team Sarah’s Kokoi Baldo vs Elmerjun Hilario (“To Be With You”) and Shaira Opsimar vs Monique Lualhati (“Lady Marmalade”), Team Lea’s Mark Avila vs Mark Cando (“This I Promise You”) and Humfrey Nicasio vs Leah Patricio (“Forever”),and Team Bamboo’s Ramonne Rodriguez vs Lougee Basabas (“To Love Somebody”).
