TOP 8: UP grad tops Master Plumber board exam September 2014

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released on Monday the full list of passers for September 2014 Master Plumber board exam. University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman graduate Jay Mark Morales Estavillo topped the licensure examination with 83.10 percent average grade.
