The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday named West Visayas State University-La Paz, Cebu Normal University (Cebu State College) and University of the Philippines-Manila as the top performing schools for June 2-3, 2013 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) -nursing board exam for garnering 100 percent passing rate.
