MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today the results of September 2026 Librarian Computer-Based Licensure Examination (LLE/CBLE), given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.
PRC and the Board for Librarians, composed of Hon. Yolanda C. Granda, Chairperson and Hon. Lourdes T. David, Member, administered the Librarian board exam on September 3 and 4, 2026.

Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Librarian Licensure Exam (LLE), Philippine Normal University–Manila, La Salle University, and the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman all posted 100% passing rates. A total of 28, 14, and 13 examinees passed from the three schools, respectively. The University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City ranked next with a 92.50% passing rate, with 37 of its 40 examinees passing.
In the September 2024 Librarian board exam, West Visayas State University–La Paz topped the list of performing schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 14 examinees passed. Philippine Normal University (PNU)–Manila followed with a 96.55% passing rate.
For the September 2023 examinaation, UP–Diliman again led the performing schools with a 100% passing rate, with all 21 examinees passing. PNU–Manila ranked second at 96.88%, with 31 of its 32 examinees passing.
In the September 2022 exams, UP–Diliman maintained its strong performance, recording a 100% passing rate among its 12 examinees. Saint Paul University–Surigao ranked second with an 83.33% passing rate, with five of its six examinees passing.

LLE Updates
In a Facebook post on Monday, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) confirmed that the results of the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination (LLE) will be released today.
The PRC said:
“The September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination results are coming soon! Trust your hard work. Stay calm. Keep the faith. Your ‘RL’ title could be just around the corner! Congratulations in advance, future Registered Librarians!”
Earlier, the PRC had targeted September 8, 2026 for the release of the September 2026 Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination results, based on PRC Resolution No. 2113, s. 2025.
