Top 10 Passers: August 2026 Guidance Counselor Licensure Exam Results

MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2026 Guidance Counselors Computer-Based Licensure Examination (GCLE) is available here as released today, August 24, one (1) working day after the exam.

PRC conducted the licensure exam on August 17 and 23, 2026, across ten testing cities: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Lucena, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.

Note: The second and final day of the examination, originally scheduled for August 18, was moved to August 23 due to the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the August 2026 Guidance Counselor Computer-Based Licensure Examination are the following:

Previous Examinations

Sheena Rose Berida Jamora of the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the August 2025 Guidance Counselors Computer-Based Licensure Examination (GCLE) with an 89.40% rating. Darius Kenny Abarca Sasan of Cebu Normal University placed second with 88.85%.

Jara Alysa Moselina Sibal of Alliance Graduate School, Inc. - Quezon City led the August 2024 Guidance Counselor board exam with a 90.35% rating. Jene Lianica Corpus Arcega of Holy Angel University (HAU) ranked second with 90.00%.

For the August 2023 GCLE, Justine Grace Ramos Loteria of Asian Theological Seminary-Quezon City secured the top spot with a 90.90% rating. Alyzza Louize Valenzuela Malibiran of Philippine Normal University - Manila placed second with 88.40%.
