MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, August 27, 2026, the complete results of the August 2026 Sanitary Engineering Computer-Based Licensure Examination (CBLE), including the list of top-performing schools and the overall performance of schools.
The CBLE for Sanitary Engineers was conducted on August 24, 25, and 26, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Rosales, Pampanga, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
The University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City led the schools in the January 2026 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination with a perfect 100.00% passing rate, as all 10 examinees passed. Mapúa University–Manila placed second with an 80.00% passing rate, with eight of its 10 examinees passing.
Mapúa University–Manila also topped the August 2025 examination, posting a 94.74% passing rate after 18 of its 19 examinees passed. It was the only school to post a passing rate of at least 90% in the exam.
Western Mindanao State University–Zamboanga City led the February 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination (SELE) with a 93.75% passing rate, with 15 of its 16 examinees passing. Batangas State University–Alangilan followed with an 86.21% passing rate, as 25 of its 29 examinees passed.
The University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City returned to the top spot in the August 2024 SELE, recording a 90.91% passing rate with 10 of 11 examinees passing. Mapúa University–Manila ranked second at 87.88%, with 29 of its 33 examinees passing.
