MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the complete results of the May 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), including the top-performing schools and school performance.
PRC administered the CPA board exam in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on May 24, 25, and 26, 2026.

Previous Examinations
In the October 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE), Bicol University–Daraga was the sole top-performing school, achieving an 84.85% passing rate with 56 of 66 examinees successfully passing the examination.
During the May 2025 CPALE, the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the list of performing schools after posting a perfect 100% passing rate, with all 60 examinees passing. Bicol University–Daraga placed second with an 88.33% passing rate, equivalent to 53 passers out of 60 examinees.
In the December 2024 CPALE, the UP-Diliman likewise emerged as the top-performing school, recording a 98.04% passing rate with 50 of 51 examinees passing. De La Salle University–Manila ranked second, registering an 80.53% passing rate, or 91 passers out of 113 examinees.
Meanwhile, no school qualified for the list of top-performing institutions in the May 2024 and September 2023 CPALE.
