MANILA, Philippines – The full results of the May 2026 Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure Exam (SLPLE) results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on May 21, 2026, two (2) working days after the last day of exam.

As announced, 17 out of 19 (89.47%) passed the May 2026 SLPLE.

The Commission and the Board of Speech-Language Pathology conducted the computer-based Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure Exam in Manila and Cebu on May 18 and 19, 2026.

The members of the Board of Speech-Language Pathology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Maria Eusebia Catherine S. Sadicon, Chairperson; Hon. Juan Paulo D. Santuele and Hon. Ma. Rowena A. Ynion, Members.

Release of SLPLE Results

Update May 21, 2026: PRC confirmed that SLPLE results will be released today.

To quote, PRC said: "Future Registered Speech-Language Pathologists, get warmed up as the result of the May 2026 Speech-Language Pathologists Licensure Examination (SLPLE) will be released soon!"

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the Speech-Language Pathologists board exam results will be released on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

However, since the exam is administered through a computer-based system, the results are typically released shortly after the tests are completed.

In fact, the results of the May and November 2025 SLPLE were also made available immediately following the examination period.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to http://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: Starting June 16, 2026

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the said licensure examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.

Verification of Rating

In few days after the release of results, the Verification of Rating (VoR) page of PRC for the May 2026 Speech-Language Pathology board exam will be available online. Provide the required information - exam name, exam date, application number, name and birthdate to verify identity.

Coverage of Examinations

The two-day exam covered the following subjects: normal functions and development and clinical conditions (Day 1); and speech-language pathology applications (Day 2).

About the Profession

The practice of speech language pathology in the Philippines is based on Republic Act No. 11249 recognizing the important role of speech language pathologists in nation building and promotes the sustained development of a corps of speech language pathologists who competence have been determined by honest and credible licensure exam.

Speech language pathologist refers to a person who is registered and licensed to practice speech language pathology and who holds a valid certificate of registration and professional identification issued by PRC.

Speech language pathology refers to the allied health profession devoted to the evaluation, diagnosis, management and prevention of human communication and swallowing disorders.
