MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the results of the March 2026 Electronics Engineers Licensure Exam (EELE) and Electronics Technician Licensure Exam (ETLE), including the top-performing schools and overall school performance.
PRC conducted the first Electronics Engineering board exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on March 17 and 18, 2026 (EELE) and March 19, 2026 (ETLE).

Meanwhile, here's the performance of schools in the March 2026 Electronics Engineers and Electronics Technician Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."
Previous Examinations
In the October 2025 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination (ECELE), the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman and Ateneo de Davao University led all schools with a perfect 100% passing rate, with 44 and 12 examinees passing, respectively. De La Salle University–Manila followed in second place with a 92.59% passing rate, equivalent to 25 out of 27 passers.
During the April 2025 ECELE, UP–Diliman emerged as the top-performing school, posting a 94.00% passing rate with 47 out of 50 examinees passing the exam. The Technological University of the Philippines–Visayas ranked second with an 88.16% passing rate, or 67 out of 76 passers.
In the October 2024 ECELE, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) topped the list of performing schools with an 88.57% passing rate, translating to 31 out of 35 successful examinees. UP–Diliman placed second with an 84.38% passing rate, or 27 out of 32 passers.
