MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the February 2026 Master Plumber board exam is available here as released on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, within three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
The PRC and the Board for Master Plumbers administered the Master Plumbers Licensure Examination (MPLE) on February 19 and 20, 2026, across testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the February 2025 Master Plumber Licensure Examination (MPLE), Jeffrey Hugo de Castro of Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT)-University led the passers with a rating of 87.90 percent. Jonas Salen Español of Camarines Norte State College–Daet and Demi Joyce Long Nicolas of Saint Louis University tied for second place with 85.70 percent.
During another February 2025 MPLE, Rowill Christian Rodriguez Rempillo of the University of the Philippines–Diliman topped the board with 87.10 percent, while Sean Aberin Dupaya of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas placed second with 87.00 percent.
For the July 2024 MPLE, Jobrylle John Tarrazona Simbahon of the Technological University of the Philippines–Visayas secured the top spot with 89.00 percent. Edric Andrew Deocales Fontelara of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Main, Sta. Mesa followed in second place with 88.00 percent.
Meanwhile, in the February 2024 examination, Arllan Feoj Arnaiz Santillan of the University of Mindanao–Davao City ranked first with 88.80 percent. Adrian Duran Perez of De La Salle University–Manila and Niel Katipunan Leria Sadia II of Southern Luzon State University–Lucban shared second place with identical ratings of 87.50 percent.
