MANILA, Philippines – After spending 127 days inside the Pinoy Big Brother House, Caprice Cayetano and Lella Ford were officially named the Big Winners of PBB Celebrity Collab 2.0 during The Big Night held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Crossroad Center on Mother Ignacia Avenue.
Caprice outshone her fellow Kapuso housemates, while Lella emerged as the top Kapamilya contender, with both taking home the coveted title and ₱1 million cash prize after securing the highest combined votes at 61.78% and 53.63%, respectively.

Finishing as the 2nd Big Placers were Heath Jornales and Krystal Mejes, who secured 24.25% and 22.26% of the votes, respectively, and each received ₱500,000 in cash prizes.
Ashley Sarmiento and Joaquin Arce clinched the 3rd Big Placer spots after earning 8.47% and 16.95% of the votes, respectively, and each went home with ₱300,000 in cash prizes.
Meanwhile, Princess Aliyah and Miguel Vergara landed in 4th place with 5.05% and 7.16% of votes, winning ₱200,000 each.
The Big Night was graced by Gen 11 Big Winner Fyang Smith, Celebrity Collab Edition Kapuso finalist Charlie Fleming, Gen 11 finalist Kai Montinola, ex-housemates JM Ibarra from Gen 11 and Kyle Echarri from Kumunity Season 10, P-pop groups BGYO and Cloud 7, and this season's ex-housemates.
