MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released today, January 28, 2026, the complete results of the January 2026 Sanitary Engineering Computer-Based Licensure Examination (CBLE), including the list of top-performing schools and the overall performance of schools.
The CBLE for Sanitary Engineers was conducted on January 26, 27, and 28, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Rosales, Pampanga, and Tuguegarao.

The performance of schools in the January 2026 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
Previous Examinations
In the August 2025 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination, Mapúa University–Manila stood out as the sole top-performing school, posting an impressive 94.74% passing rate after 18 of its 19 examinees passed.
For the February 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination (SELE), Western Mindanao State University–Zamboanga City led all schools with a 93.75% passing rate, producing 15 passers out of 16 examinees. Batangas State University–Alangilan followed closely, registering an 86.21% passing rate with 25 out of 29 examinees passing.
During the August 2024 SELE, the University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City topped the list of schools with a 90.91% passing rate, as 10 of its 11 examinees passed. Mapúa University–Manila ranked second, recording an 87.88% passing rate with 29 passers out of 33.
Earlier, in the February 2024 examination, the University of Baguio emerged as the top-performing school with an 88.89% passing rate, yielding 16 passers from 18 examinees. National University–Manila placed second with an 82.14% passing rate, as 23 of its 28 examinees passed.
